چکیده
In shrimp farming, the family of proteobacteria Vibrionaceae, especially species genus Vibrio, represent one main responsible for infections in production (Litopenaeus vannamei), generating great losses to this industry. Phagotherapy emerges as a novel alternative control said substitution use antibiotics, thanks specific inhibitory activity these viruses. However, it is necessary take into account presence prokaryotes genetic sequences called clusters regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR) that act an immune system against invasion external mobile elements such phage or plasmids. Due its characteristics, CRISPR/Cas used tool gene editing. This study presents comparative analysis 7 CRISPR loci found 5 complete genomes, available database NCBI/GenBank, determine potential strategy farming. The systems corresponded types I-E, I-F and III-D. 53 % spacers (75/142) presented homology with plasmids, while remaining 47 (67/142) showed bacteriophages, mostly non-typical Vibrio infective therapy proposed treatment caused by members Vibrionaceae cultures, due low occurrence studied immunity their phages, thus ensuring greater sensitivity.

Bacteria capable of producing different extracellular enzymes of potential relevance in digestive processes were isolated from the stomach, hepatopancreas and intestine of Pacific white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei. A total of 64 strains with proteolytic activity were isolated and grouped into 16 clusters based on morphological characteristics: 4 groups were isolated from the intestine; 5 from t...
متن کاملSNPs of hemocyanin C-terminal fragment in shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei.
In this study, we identified a variable region in the C-terminus of hemocyanin from the shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei (2288-2503bp, HcSC) by sequence alignments. A total of 13 SNPs were identified by PCR-SSCP and HcSC clone sequencing. The SSCP patterns of HcSC could be modulated in Vibro parahaemolyticus-treated shrimps. A novel SSCP band with four SNP sites was identified in V. parahaemolyticus...
